Customer service options is really the only noticeable place that pokerstars lacks. They don't offer live support or a telephone number. The only way to reach PokerStars is via email. There are however a few hot-addy's that are answered almost instantioniously, for instance, if you need help making a deal at PokerStars, you can email deal@pokerstars or if you need help making a deposit, ask your dad, no literally, email dad@pokerstars for help from the deposit assistance department.
For most issues however, players are given one option, and one option only, support@pokerstars. It's no surprize though really, when a company becomes enormous, as well as top of its industry, it always seems to be the customer service that fails.
